Default Brand filter

Hello

When cliking on a brand in the brand filter, you cannot just choose another brand withput going to the mainpage again. Is it possible to set up the brand filter so you can navigate directly to from one brand to another brand - without going to the front page or the categpory main page?

Hi,

Can you share the URL of the pages you are referring to?

Hi,

The problem is your brand links are filters, not categories. Filters filter the list of products being displayed. There are no products on your front page therefore there's nothing to filter.

The other problem is that products of those brands exist in many categories. So if you click a brand filter, what category is it supposed to load?

If you want your brand filters to load the search results page, then you should change your links from this:

Code:
<li><a href="[server.url type='fullpage' query='brand=Adidas']">Adidas</a></li>
To this:

Code:
<li><a href="[server.url query='view=search&brand=Adidas']">Adidas</a></li>

<li><a href="[server.url query='view=search&brand=Adidas']">Adidas</a></li>

Hi,

For some reason, half of your single quotes are ‘ instead of '.

Try using this code instead:

Code:
<ul>
	<li><a href="[server.url query='view=search&brand=Anerkjendt']">Anerkjendt</a></li>
	<li><a href="[server.url query='view=search&brand=Boss Orange']">Boss orange</a></li>
	<li><a href="[server.url query='view=search&brand=Björn Borg']">Björn Borg</a></li>
	<li><a href="[server.url query='view=search&brand=Blend']">Blend</a></li>
	<li><a href="[server.url query='view=search&brand=Boss green']">Boss green</a></li>
	<li><a href="[server.url query='view=search&brand=Chunk']">Chunk</a></li>
	<li><a href="[server.url query='view=search&brand=Fred Perry']">Fred Perry</a></li>
	<li><a href="[server.url query='view=search&brand=Gant']">Gant</a></li>
	<li><a href="[server.url query='view=search&brand=Henry Lloyd']">Henry Lloyd</a></li>
	<li><a href="[server.url query='view=search&brand=Jack %26 Jones']">Jack and Jones</a></li>
	<li><a href="[server.url query='view=search&brand=J.Lindeberg']">J.Lindeberg</a></li>
	<li><a href="[server.url query='view=search&brand=Kappa']">Kappa</a></li>
	<li><a href="[server.url query='view=search&brand=Lacoste']">Lacoste</a></li>
	<li><a href="[server.url query='view=search&brand=Lindbergh']">Lindbergh</a></li>
	<li><a href="[server.url query='view=search&brand=Lyle %26 Scott']">Lyle and Scott</a></li>
	<li><a href="[server.url query='view=search&brand=Nike']">Nike</a></li>
	<li><a href="[server.url query='view=search&brand=Peak performance']">Peak Performance</a></li>
	<li><a href="[server.url query='view=search&brand=Original Penguin']">Penguin</a></li>
	<li><a href="[server.url query='view=search&brand=Denim %26 Supply Ralph Lauren']">Ralph Lauren</a></li>
	<li><a href="[server.url query='view=search&brand= Robe di Kappa']"> Robe di Kappa</a></li>
	<li><a href="[server.url query='view=search&brand=Selected']">Selected</a></li>
	<li><a href="[server.url query='view=search&brand=Solid']">Solid</a></li>

	<li><a href="[server.url query='view=search&brand=Tommy Hilfiger']">Tommy Hilfiger</a></li>
