Updation in all web sites failed

I am using Shopperpress theme in store with datafeedr plug-in

Recently a month ago I moved my sites to new dedicated server hosting
server config E-3 1230 16 gb ram

Now all the products are imported perfectly.

But when updating if fails after 10 to 40% updates. If try again it is not updating anymore
I cleaned caches and tried with different servers and browsers
I deleted entire database in one domain and start from scratch. It performs only partial updation and then fails.
If I use Apache server updation goes a little more say upto 40%
If I use light speed server updation fails within 10%

I watched your video yesterday and changed the temp folder name as shown. but if failed at same %.
The hosting provider could not track any problems from their side

The error appears as follows
Internal Server Error
