It's both. If you call in you can ask your questions. Otherwise, you can type them in.

Because the webinar is technical in nature, it's probably easier to call in as writing technical questions can take a while.

You're not kidding there, Eric. That relates to forums too, you know. As a real-world salesperson, I've found it frustrating – to say the least – that I can't have a quick chat more often to sort things out.
