I realize that you are not accepted by some of the merchants in the different affiliate programs but that should not stop us from being able to add the affiliate feed ourselves.

Have you contacted the merchant or network and asked why Datafeedr haven't been approved?

I had the same issue, went back to the account manager at the network and within a few hours it was all sorted.
