Amazon API keeps popping up.
store id: 45169
I am having problems adding an Amazon product. I have spent the last couple of hours repeatedly verifying and reestablishing a new: Amazon Access Key ID; Secret Access Key; and I am using my Amazon Tracking ID as the Associates Tag field, (I don't know what else that could mean). Yet each time I try to add a product the Amazon API box keeps popping up - I also don't have the "Add xx products" button available like in the video tutorial. I have looked at the videos, searched this forum, and looked through the manual (the Amazon affiliate section is only two sentences long). Any help on what I may be doing wrong is appreciated! |

What does the box say that pops up? There are a few different Amazon boxes that might pop up? Eric

For some reason, the box no longer pops up, but I can't add products as the 'Add Products' was there, and now it isn't anymore. It seems to come and go. I guess I am doing something wrong.

Hi,
Have you already entered your PIN? When I log into your store and go to add Amazon products, I get prompted for my PIN, which is what should happen. Try logging out and logging in again. Eric
