Amazon product updates
Hello,
Store ID: 34543 Website URL: http://www.jeansforboys.org URL to page in question: http://www.jeansforboys.org Is it possible to check the date and time when my site products were lastly updated? I am selling Amazon products and if I push the button "Buy" on the first product then I receive an error: "We're sorry. The Web address you entered is not a functioning page on our site". This problem is with many products in this site. Second question is about the field "Modified Date" in the Factory. What does it mean? I attached the picture. Thanks |

Hi
As per the Amazon Licensing Agreement, Amazon product data is updated on our servers and on your website every 24 hours. The date that you see comes from Amazon servers, not ours. Eric

Strange, it seems that it doesn't update because if I make new category and import the same products with same filters then links work.
For example one product: My homepage Buy link: http://www.amazon.com/Guess-Harveste...SIN=B005PQSKL0 Link after importing the same product in new category: http://www.amazon.com/Guess-Harveste...SIN=B005PQS3VC |

Yes, I have done it. Nothing changes. Product info is old in the Factory also (category "jeans for boys"). If I have made new category "Test" in the Factory and imported the same products then product info in category "Test" is OK (because its currently imported). In summary Amazon products have never been updated in the Factory and in the Store.

Actually, the issue is the product with ASIN B005PQSKL0 is no longer available via Amazon but it has not been removed from our Factory cache yet. We will be making a change to the plugin in version 3.5 to ensure that products that no longer exist in Amazon are automatically removed from your store immediately instead of on a delay. The 'old' product in the Factory will be removed automatically soon. Eric
