Merchants no longer highlighted

Hi,

Ok, so I'm just starting this process of choosing the merchants from the merchant list & I have no store.

Our URL is www.cocoonshopping.com

I highlighted some yesterday & I just logged in & they are no longer highlighted

I don't see a "save" button at the bottom, so that can't be the reason why.

Does this mean I have to go back & re-highlight every single merchant that I already did that for yesterday?

That means I have to go through the list again as I can't remember what I did.

Welcome to the forums!

I see all of your selected merchants here: http://factory3.datafeedr.com/feeder/your_merchants

All of your merchants appear to be from Commission Junction. So if you look in the Commission Junction merchants area you will see them selected there as well: http://factory3.datafeedr.com/feeder...ants?network=3

The reason they don't look selected is because you selected almost every merchant from CJ and there are only a few that haven't been selected.

Hi Eric,

I don't have time to look at your URLs right now as I'm rushing to try & get something live on the site, but I can tell you I did NOT select all the merchants. Not even close.

I selected maybe 4 yesterday b/c I realized that all the merchants I signed up for prior to joining you guys isn't in your list although granted I haven't gone thru the entire list yet, not even close.

And now I found another way to check off the merchants using the checkbox popup option, & there aren't check marks in every checkbox, so I'm not sure what you mean.

Hi,

OK, I think I see what happened. I see in Commission Junction you have 5 "unselected" merchants. I'm guessing you chose those 5 and then inadvertently clicked the "invert" link that inverted your selection.

I would just go here: http://factory3.datafeedr.com/feeder...ants?network=3

And at the top of that page click the "invert" link.

That should give you the following merchants selected:

ShopKitchenAid, Newspaper Subscriptions, Living Social, ESET, ESET North America

Yes, I can see that I may have clicked on that button "invert".

Ok, I'm not liking the page where you highlight the merchants, as I can see it could easily cause problems.

I'm trying to find that popup where I can check off the merchants we are approved for & I can't find it.

How do I get back to it?

I'm not 100% sure, but I have a feeling that popup & this list that's vertical & you highlight, aren't matching up.

I did some work last night & I don't think I see any of those merchants on the vertical list.

Hi,

You have to add merchants in 2 different places, one to your "Your Merchants" list and one to your "Store Merchants" list. You can also add merchants as a filter. Here's how to do all of those respectively:
