problem LinkSynergy.com Error messages

Hi Silly question probably, but Im really stuck, read all the faq (saw one mention of check your ID was entered correctly which it is, I think?), but can't solve why my datafeedr site has fed products data into my aff site, looks fine , but when you click on buy button it keeps coming up with the below error message.

I have checked my affiliate ID's and they seem correct, have I missed something really obvious?. Can you see what I am doing wrong please?

The warning error message one gets when you click the buy button on my site says

"Invalid Publisher Code, Offer, or Publisher - Advertiser Partnership Status"

Hi,

The affiliate ID you have entered for Linkshare is incorrect. Typically your Linkshare affiliate ID is 11 characters long and contains one non-alphanumeric character.

Here are the instructions on how to find this: http://www.datafeedr.com/docs/item/60

Linkshare affiliate IDs are the hardest to figure out.

Thans Eric, Super fast support as always, you would think they (Linkshare would improve their faq),

BUT I just rechecked and this is a weird one as

Monsoon are listed on both
Affiliate Window & Linkshare

But my approval email and account ID came from Affiliate window, but when one is trying to click through from my website LuxuryDesignCushions.co.uk to Monsoon UK, the error message comes from Linkshare?!!!

ANy ideas?

Have monsoon changed who is promoting their AFF scheme?

Being approved by Monsoon in Affiliate Window does not mean you're also approved in Linkshare.

So the question is are you approved by Moonsoon in Linkshare?

If yes, you have to change your Linkshare affiliate ID in the Factory to make your Linkshare links work. See Eric's instructions.

If not, you should add Monsoon from Affiliate Window to your Store > Store Merchants and add products from Monsoon Affiliate Window to your categories.
