Store Categories Missing from Factory

Dear Eric:

I have Categories and Products in my Store that are no longer showing in my Factory.

They may have been “hidden” in the Factory when I created the Categories from Searches, but now they are gone from my Factory altogether, and they are still showing in my Store online.

In my WordPress Tools – Datafeedr Utility Screen, I see this:

Categories: 97 Products: 31,132 | v3.11.5013

BUT when I run “Statistics” in the Factory Store Home page, I get this:

Total unique products in store: 2,301
Number of categories in store: 29

How do I get these back into my Factory Categories?

• Food Dehydrators
• Sunburn Relief
• Insect Repellent
• Sleep Aids
• Urban Foraging
• Green Coffee Extract
Herbs in Bulk Shipments
• Herbs in Bulk - Extracts
• Herbs in Bulk - Spices

What connection key are you using here: WordPress Admin Area > Tools > Datafeedr > Connection Key?

Thanks. (I've deleted the key.) That key 147tXXXXXXXX4qsr is not the same store as you've linked to in your above post.

My only guess is that this has to do with this thread: http://www.datafeedr.com/forums/show...6448#post36448 (ie. you had 2 accounts).

The store you are referring to exists under the account username which begins with virtualiXXXX.
