No easy install themes?

Would really like it if there were an option to have a basic 'store' theme option that could be installed at the click of a mouse.

Choose design theme A, B, or C for your store.

Insert your logo here and you have a basic store up and running.

At the moment, there is still an enormous emphasis on you having some 'developer' skills to be able to get a decent store up and running, which is not a great selling point if you are a COMPLETE novice.

They do have this already ....
Dashboard/Appearance/Themes/ > activate TwentyEleven or TwentyTen or whatever theme is there already (a default theme exists on every installation)
