How do I? Resetting site statistics

Hi,

If there any simple way to reset the statistics on a site (ie the "Page views" and "clickthroughs"). I like the functionality, but I'm finding that as the sites age this means that the previously less popular items are promoted to the top over new items when this search is used. As such I'd like to be able to periodically reset the statistics on a site to zero.

Any guidance would be much appreciated - I've tried searching the forums and documentation for "reset Statistics", "reset clickthroughs" etc etc but no luck. The only way I've found to do this so far is directly in the SQL database, but I'm a bit wary about doing this en masse to sites.

You are correct. The only way to reset your stats is directly in the SQL db.
