![]() Hello,
I just noticed that the Datafeedr dashboard in Wordpress is showing a different count than the factory statistics. The statistics shows that I have 33 unique products and the dashboard indicates I have 34. Have updated products and settings a few times but it still gives the same discrepancy. Not sure if did something incorrectly. Store ID: 37285 Website URL: www.FriendsSuggest.com Thank you. |

![]() Hi
It could just be a caching issue on our end. The statistics do get cached as they apply a heavy load to the server. Eric

![]() Hey Eric,
Appreciate you checking in on this for me. Just to clarify, its the statistics in the factory that are cached? The reason I'm asking is since I haven't added a lot of products yet, I could do a physical count and compare it to the Wordpress Datafeedr dashboard which is 1 product off. I'm guessing when you mean its cached, the information on the dashboard is also cached? Thank you. |
