Improving Merchant Management.

Hi,

Would it be possible to have an additional flag within the factory merchant management?

There are a number of merchants that I've deselected as they haven't performed when I sent them traffic, and ideally it'd be great to have a "black flag" ability, to flag those merchants permanently in a way that would allow me to differentiate between the newly joined merchants / merchants that I've not tried and the merchants that I have tried and rejected.

ie ideally there would be 3 states:

1. Currently used (currently highlighted in grey)
2. Currently unused (currently faded out)
3. Removed / rejected (ideally some other colour)
