Default Store plugin effecting theme header

Website URL: http://mysecurability.com
URL to page in question: Front Page Header

In my header, my logo is left justified. The right side of the header is for Ad Space. When I past HTML or javascript ad banner code (468x60) code, the ad is rendered about 1/3 of its size. I have tried this with numerous ad dimensions. As a test I removed the ad and set my logo to be right justified. It, too, shrunk to about 1/3 its normal size. I contacted the theme developer. He looked at the site and tells me ,"It is due to your store plugin's stylesheet. There is a setting in there forcing that element to only be 200px."

Any ideas?

That solution did not work for my site. I added the CSS and I did update the settings. I also brought in frest javascript for the banner ad.

Whoops! It works. I added the code to the CSS for the theme, not the store. Thank you.
