Question 2 x Store Pages in WP

Hi Eric, I don't understand what has happened with my Gstore (General Store) page on my WP site. Previously, it has always had the Datafeedr store on it. Now it still has the sidebar widgets for the categories but it has lost the front store page.

A new "Store" page has magically appeared on the site! It has the front store page on it but none of the Categories. It's all quite weird.

I've obviously somehow de-configured the correct settings last time I was in WP but I can't see how? I've tried deleting the "Gstore (General Store)" page and then renaming the new "Store" page to "Gstore (General Store)" but that doesn't work (it simply creates another independent Store page while the Gstore page still doesn't display the Datafeedr store).

(note: I also have a my-store page but that has nothing to do with this issue)

Please assist.

Hi

This is because of your URL Settings and your Advanced Store Settings.

You have your URL Settings to have the front page here: http://coolgearguy.com/store

And you have the Advanced Store Settings to have the page title "Store" and the slug "store".

But your General Store page is here: http://coolgearguy.com/cool-gear-guy-general-store

If you want your store here http://coolgearguy.com/cool-gear-guy-general-store you need to change "store" to "cool-gear-guy-general-store" in the URL Settings and in the Advanced settings.

Eric
