Default Sort search queries

Hi,

I have a problem sorting search queries on my website. When I'm on the search page for a certain word and want to sort the results for said search query in a different way through the sorting template, it doesn't rearrange the products of the search term, yet it starts to show a whole lot of other products too (I'm guessing my whole store?). I searched the forum for this problem and ended up on this thread: http://www.datafeedr.com/forums/show...0980#post50980 . I think it's about the same problem and so I added the code you/Eric mentioned there, with a few changes because of the language on my website not being English. It doesn't seem to work though (just to be sure I didn't change something essential to the code for it to work, I tried your exact (English) version too).

Do you have any ideas on this?

Hi,

You need to change the code from that other thread from this:

PHP Code:
    <?php

if ( isset( $_GET['name'] ) ) {
        echo
'<input type="hidden" name="name" value="' $_GET['name'] . '" />';
    }

?>
To this:

PHP Code:
    <?php

if ( isset( $_GET['word'] ) ) {
        echo
'<input type="hidden" name="word" value="' $_GET['word'] . '" />';
    }

?>
