Default "User Blocked" error when updating store

Hi! I'm back as a subscriber after a lapse in my service when my payment failed via PayPal and my account was interrupted.

When I try to updated products and settings for my store, I get an error "User is Blocked".

Please advise ASAP.

Can you try logging out and logging back into the Factory?

Wow, that's quick service! I logged out and back to my Factory. Still getting same errors when updating my store.

Same error message. Also, I tried to update my Datafeedr plugin to latest version, and failed, with this message:

Plugin installation failed

Please download the plugin from the Factory and reinstall it manually.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

Error details:

ERROR:err_fatal_user_is_blocked() line=153

Not sure if this helps to troubleshoot the "User Blocked" error or not.

I tried updating the Datafeedr plugin by downloading and uploading to WordPress, but it also failed, with a message that the directory already exists.

Hi,

Thanks. We're looking into this.

In the meantime, I manually updated your store by downloading it from the Factory and uploading it here: WordPress Admin Area > Tools > Datafeedr > Updates.

Once we figure out the problem, I will update this thread.

Thank you, Eric. Since the update, this content looks like from much earlier version of my store. Will you please restore my last backup from July 8? I am unable to restore yet, with the block. Thank You for your help with all this.

Hi,

I see the problem now. You are using the Store Connection Key from another account you have set up with us.

Basically, you have 2 stores under 2 different accounts.

I've restored your store from July 8th.

Please let me know if you need assistance transferring your other store to your "boomherbs" account.
