Default Editing the style.css file

Thank you very much for fixing this for me, I am very grateful.
Am I allowed to edit the style.css file in the store folder? or is that remotely hosted?

If you want to modify the style.css file, you need to add your own CSS code to the Custom CSS field (here: The Factory > Your Store > Store menu > Custom CSS). The CSS code that you add should override the default CSS. The current default CSS can be found here: http://www.datafeedr.com/docs/item/172

In your case, you would just need to add something like this:

.fl { width: auto; }
