Search page only returning certain categories

Hi, I'm having a problem with the advanced search, specifically the merchant search section. When I search any merchant it only returns results from my children's category i.e boy, girl and baby not mens and womens too. I want a situation where if I search a merchant Debenhams, John Lewis etc it will return all results. Could you have a look for me as I have searched the forum but cant find anything relating to this or am i missing something?

I don't see that there are any jeans from Debenhams in your Mens or Womens category. Are you sure that they exist? If so, can you provide a URL to a Mens or Womens pair of jeans that is from Debenhams?

Thanks for the fast reply, you're right for some reason my category doesn't have jeans for Debenhams in it, I have just played around with the filters in the store category but still cant get mens or womens jeans to show in results even though I know they are there, do you have any ideas?

Hi

I'm getting results for men's and women's mixed in with children's jeans. For example if you do a search for very.co.uk you get results from mens, boys and girls.

For House of Fraser you get results from both mens and womens:

It seems to be working for me just fine.

Hi Eric, I'm guessing it must only be debenhams that I'm having the problem with, it's just they sell hundreds of pairs of jeans for men and women but they don't show up in the filter. I don't have an issue with any other merchant just debenhams. I guess I'm just going to have to accept it. Thanks

I see that you haven't updated your store by clicking the [Update Products and Settings] button. Maybe that's why there is a discrepancy between what you see in the Factory and what you see on your site.
