![]() When you hover over the "Factory" menu, can you see and click the 6 links that appear in the drop down?
Is it possible to send a screenshot of what you are seeing? Also, does the same thing happen in other web browsers?

![]() There are no links or dropdowns.
can not copy screen shot. the following are on the top of the factory page which looks like it should be the dropdown menus you speak about. factory store catagory view They are linked, but the links go to unreadable pages that make no sense. I haven't tried other browsers because this is what has worked for me and have never had a problem. Do you reccomend a different browser? |

Just not too familiar with this browser. Would rather work in what I am familiar with. |

![]() Maybe you can try upgrading your IE browser to version 8?
I'm using Windows XP with IE8 and did not experience any problems with Datafeedr V3 so far. Although Vista is different than XP it may be worth trying to upgrade your IE version. Last edited by stefan : January 8th, 2011 at 03:42 PM. |

![]() I used a different browser so I have done all steps.
Now I am Updating my store and it isn't able to update. Also tried manually. Goes through the motions and takes several minutes where it looks like it is doing what is supposed to but when finished, not getting success. Tried this in both browsers. |

![]() Hi
I'm guessing that your stores are quite large. Another user had a similar problem today. We've since fixed the plugin to accommodate very large stores. Here's what solved it: http://www.datafeedr.com/forums/show...6163#post16163 Eric

![]() I'm not quite as advanced....
what is "/store multi-site".... I'll get rid of it if I know where, what it is. Meantime I'll raide the timeout limits to see if that works. |

Just try upgrading the plugin ( http://www.datafeedr.com/docs/item/127 ) and then try running the import again. Eric

![]() Hi
This is fixed. We've successfully imported your store now. Due to an unusual php configuration on your server, an empty file is downloaded after the import is completed. We will be looking into this issue. Sorry for the inconvenience. Eric
