Hi Eric,

I installed the merchants and the simple search filter widget and I need them to search for products all over my website (products coming from datafeedr).
Right now I receive a message like "no products were found" or he finds a very few products. But I have hundreds of products from different stores.
Or if you search for "sapatilha" (a kind of shoe) he just finds one for example.
He can not find all the products, only a few or nothing.
Could you tell me how my search and merchant widget can work properly?

And your merchant filters work for me.

the product name is is "Tônico em Gel..." so in theory, typing "tonico em gem" there should pull some results, right?

well, for it doesnt

Also, one of my merchants is Mobly

When i look for mobly in the search box it doesnt pull any results

Any ideas?

Hi,

Tônico em Gel is not appearing in your search results because it's in a hidden category.

As a matter of fact, most of your categories are hidden and products in those categories will not appear in search results.

The reason products from Mobly aren't being returned when you search for Mobly is because the word "Mobly" does not appear in either the product name or description.

However if you click "Mobly" in the sidebar you do get a list of their products:
http://www.descontoblog.com/?merchant=Mobly

The reason you only see 5 products on that page is because the rest of your Mobly products are in hidden categories.
