Default Problem installing plugin

Store ID: 43101
Website URL: thecollegetourist.com

When I try to install the plugin in Wordpress I receive the following error message. Can you please tell me how to overcome this.

File is empty. Please upload something more substantial. This error could also be caused by uploads being disabled in your php.ini or by post_max_size being defined as smaller than upload_max_filesize in php.ini

Thanks in advance,
Lori

Hi Lori,

Welcome to the forums!

Can you try re-downloading the plugin and installing it again? It sounds like the file didn't properly download.

Hi Eric
I have tried it about 4 times already and am at a loss. Thinking that I should try a different computer (getting creative!! )

I'll need to get back to you on that. Looking forward to getting to the bottom of it. I'll send it later.
Thanks,
Lori
