Set Thumb Image Size

Website URL: kudosz.com URL to page in question: http://kudosz.com/shop I am trying to specify the size of the thumb to be 200px, I have added custom CSS, but it is not working for some reason. Can you please tell me how to specify the size of the product thumb image? |
