![]() err_upload_error, store updating please try later, nonce error, sometimes it just gets stuck and stays there. I have tried leaving overnight as the store is close to 100,000 products but it never moves on.

![]() Hi
A nonce error is an indication that you are being logged out during the update process. Try this: 1. Log out of your WordPress admin area 2. Log in here: http://www.everysaleonline.com/wp-login.php 3. On the log in page, check the "Remember Me" checkbox. 4. Go here: WordPress Admin Area > Tools > Datafeedr 5. Click the [Update Products and Settings] button. See if that changes anything. Eric

![]() Hi Eric,
Apologies for the delay in getting back to you, I was away without wifi. The errors change each time but I've not been able to get it to update for weeks now and really need to push forward with this project. I have tried to update again this morning and it seemed to be moving but had now been stuck on packet 17 of 32 for over 2 hours. thanks Martin. |

![]() Hi
We've tried for hours, but couldn't get the update to work. MySQL continues to go away. Once the connection is lost with MySQL, MySQL ignores any further reconnection attempts. We think this might have to do with persistent connections (mysql.allow_persistent) being set to ON on your server. Can you ask your web host to turn off mysql.allow_persistent? In the meantime, the "Import File on Server" seems to work reliably. This is done by: 1. Going here: WordPress Admin Area > Tools > Datafeedr > Updates > Import File on Server 2. Click the [Download] button. 3. After the download is complete, click the [Read] button. It may take a while but this method is working. Eric

![]() I would like to close my account and receive a full refund for the four payments I have already made. I can't use the service and have been waiting for weeks for resolution of the problems.
