Default Changed Server issue

I changed servers recently and since then I have had issues. It no longer shows a green checkmark in any of the diretories and I even reinstalled the plugin. So it will not allow me to update my store. Please help!

Yes! iT SAYS

The latest version is:

Plugin upgrade cannot be run for the following reasons:

Temp Directory: Directory not found
Plugin Directory: Directory is not writable

Hi

I would recommend deleting this "datafeedr" directory using an FTP client:

/wp-content/plugins/datafeedr

Then re-install the Datafeedr plugin here: http://www.estyleme.net/wordpress5/w...php?tab=upload

Then make sure you have a WP uploads directory which is writable. Then go here: WordPress Admin Area > Tools > Datafeedr > Directories and click the [Set Up] button.

I assume the path is incorrect but I do not know how to change it and it is not doing it automatically.

It won't update automatically. You need to delete all values from each field and then click the [Save] button. After you have deleted all fields, then click the [Set up] button.

We reinstalled and everything and now we are getting this msg.

Default Changed servers

Hi! I changed servers and now I cannot update store. I rety to set up directories and it says error. Not sue what to do from this point. I even deleted and reinstalled Datfeedr but did not work. PLease help!

Default Still not working.

Yes the uploads is rewriteable. Store has not been working in over a month and I really need to update etc...

Usually there is more error message than this. Can you please post the results of your log here: WordPress Admin Area > Tools > Datafeedr > Debug > Debug Log ?

Here is what it says after I try to set up the directories.

ERROR:err_dir_cannot_create(/data/tmp)
ERROR:err_dir_cannot_create()

I went into the debug log and clicked on it.
