Default Capture Search Term and Use in Query

when some searches my site via google, bing, yahoo, etc... is it possible to capture the search term they used to find my page and use that in a word= query?

ok. I figured this part out. Now I need to know how to do an "or" statments. Example below

&word=pirate|girl

Can someone help with that?
