Default accounts might be mixed up

Dear Eric:

My store and my factory do not match. Currently, I am not able to update my store at all, so I have been using "restore" to fix it. I suspect I have become mixed up again about my current active store ID, connection key or something.

I am not able to log in to Datafeedr.com under "virtuaxxxxxxx" account. Only the "boomherbs" account is allowing me to log in. However, this version of the store updates to an older store from about a year ago or more.

According to the billing pages of my account, payments are getting cleared each month for the "boomherbs" account, and not the "virtuaxxxxxxx" account.

I need the newest store to be active, whichever one was backed up on August 4, 2013 . Please help.

OK, just to confirm, you want me to delete the following store:

Store Home: BoomHerbs
Total unique products in store: 0

Is that correct?

This process is irreversible.

Eric: Yes, I just deleted the older store a few minutes ago.
Please restore the backup from August 4, 2013.

Hi,

Actually, you can delete your store here:
The Factory > Your Store > Store menu > Delete This Store

After you have deleted your store, let me know and I will transfer your other store to your boomherbs account.

I've transferred the store to this account.

Please note that you will need to add all the merchants you selected in your other account to this account's store.
