![]() Looks like there's some redirect problem with some of the AlexandAlexa product links.
I've sent affiliate manager a message asking to look into this. |

We switched to a new website on Wednesday and the data feed was not processed since then. I except the new feed to be ready tomorrow Saturday at 1.30am. Thank you, Elisabeth |

![]() Got a message from AlexandAlexa that the new feed failed. They are working with the dev team to get the feed to work asap.

![]() Hi Stefan,
All our products of Alex and Alexa seem to have disappeared from our shop now! The only left is this one: http://difster.com/shops/alexandalexa-com/. And when you click on the more info/buy button it links you through to a different product.. What happened? |

![]() The old Alex and Alexa feed contained over 16000 products. Currently the latest feed only contains 6000 products.
It looks like a lot of products you added to your store are currently not in the datafeed. I'll ask if they plan to add more products in the next few days/weeks and update thread when I know more. Last edited by stefan : November 12th, 2012 at 06:31 AM. |

![]() As a side note...
Regarding adding products to a category you may have missed our "search subscription" functionality. You don't have to add products one by one to your categories. It's by the way not the recommended way to build your store. It's recommended to create search subscriptions in order to efficiently manage the products in your store See http://www.datafeedr.com/docs/item/153 Watch these videos regarding search subscriptions: http://www.datafeedr.com/videos?vide...rc=yt#videotop http://www.datafeedr.com/videos?vide...rc=yt#videotop http://www.datafeedr.com/videos?vide...rc=yt#videotop |

![]() Regarding the only product you're referring to (Gray knit pom-pom scarf) the link redirects fine as the product on merchant's site is indeed the Gray knit pom-pom scarf.
Your site seems to display another image as the one listed in the Factory. Looks like a cache issue. Can you clear your cache? |

![]() Hi Stefan,
I already deleted the product.. I do know about your search subscribtion, but our store is based on handpicked products. If you could let me know if Alex and Alexa are planning on adding more products to their feed, that would be great. Thanks! |

![]() This is the answer I got back...
Actually the new feed is correct and includes the right number of active products in stock. The old feed included all old products even if out of stock. |

![]() Hey Stefan,
We can indeed find the old products again, but we still have an issue when looking up products. I guess something is wrong with the indexing of the alexandalexa products, because when we look up products on keywords which are in the title, they do not appear. An example: When we look for "cowboy" with the merchant alexandalexa specified we can't find this cowboy-jack-chocolate-leather-cowboy-boots ![]() For http://eu.alexandalexa.com/cowboy-ja...r-cowboy-boots Could you please take a look at that? Thank you very much. Tim |

![]() When I search with product name = cowboy and merchant alexandalexa selected I'm getting 11 results with the product you mentioned included.
I'm getting the same result when I use keyword = cowboy and merchant alexandalexa selected. Can you logout and clear your browser cache completely or can you try another browser and see if that generates the same results for you? |
