Hi i am going through the process of starting my Facebook setup but i have tried several times and i does not recognize my connection key can you please advise??

Hi,

Are you trying to set up StoreYa integration? If so, you need to make sure you enable integration here: The Factory > Your Store > Store menu > Additional Functions > Store Integration.

Hi,

I see your store has over 14,000 products but the maximum StoreYa allows is 10,000. This might be the issue.

Can you create a new store (possibly by duplicating your original store) and scaling down your store so that it fits within the limit of your StoreYa plan?

I've spoken with StoreYa. They are increasing the time-out limit so that larger stores can be imported into their system.

We are also implementing some limits in the Factory to prevent other problems.

Ok good news. I have managed to create a Facebook store. I have to create a new store within data-feed with very little products and it worked. great news.

I have one questions now that i have created my page how do my fans get to see it??

I have looked through the instructions but it only seems to be set up for your actual Facebook personal rather than your fan page.

I hope you can help.

Hi,

We've implemented a Product Limit setting on the StoreYa Integration page where you can set the number of products that should be exported to StoreYa based on your membership plan at StoreYa.

You can find that option here: The Factory > Your Store > Store menu > Additional Functions > StoreYa Integration > Product Limit.

I am having the same problem. I have set the product limit to 5000, while our shop has roundabout 2700 products.

The message I get is "Wrong Connection Key. See here how to get the correct one."

When trying to import your store did you select "Enable StoreYa Integration" in Factory?

Can you try again and make sure the option "Enable StoreYa Integration" is selected (and saved) in Store > Additional Functions > StoreYa Integration.
