Problem Updating Our Store

Hi Eric,

When attempting to update our store at Stayfitcentral.com using the WordPress datafeedr plug-in I get an error. I've pasted it below. I haven't made any changes to the site, etc.

Hi

It seems you downgraded your plan. You can only have as many stores in the Factory as your plan allows. If you have more, no updates will work.

Just let me know how you'd like to proceed with your account and I can help with the Paypal stuff.

Hi Eric,

I only want to have one store at this time, Stayfitcentral.com. Please let me know if anything needs to be done on my part. Payment for the one store plan is current. There were actually 2 accounts going, the 1 store and the 5 store accounts. Only the one store is wanted.

Hi

If you only want to have one store, you'll have to delete the store that you don't want from the Factory. You can't have more stores in the Factory than your subscription plan allows.
