Default Is it possible to have a search function...

Is it possible to have a search function that looks or functions like this?

Where the boxes on the left indicate words to search for (in the case of my site, ingredients) and the boxes on the right indicate words to exclude from results?

Okay, but does the advanced search function, as it is, include the option to exclude words? by using the minus ( - ) symbol?
