Default Factory Page Not Opening

I am able to log into the DFR Members Area. When I click the "Download The Plugin", it opens the plugin download page.

But, when I click "The Factory", nothing happens and the page does not open. On the browser tab, I get a rolling cursor which just keeps rolling.

What could be the problem?

For my stores, the automatic update is not working and gives me the error "err_fatal_too_many_shops".

I recently downgraded my membership from Unlimited to 5 site license.

I wanted to visit the factory and delete all unused extra shops so that I am left with only 5 or less number of shops.

Thanks
Raj

Hi,

Can you try logging out of Datafeedr completely and then logging back in?

Hi Eric,

I did as you suggested. Completely logged out and logged back in. But, it is the same. The factory is not opening.

Hi Eric,

I again logged out, waited 10 minutes and logged back in. But, sorry, no luck. The factory screen does not open.

Hi,

I'm able to log in under your account.

Can you attempt to login using a different browser?

Hi Eric,

Earlier, I was using Chrome on my Macbook Pro. I now tried opening the factory using Safari on my Mac.

When it didn't also work, I used firefox on windows pc and tried to open the factory.

On my windows PC, at the bottom of the browser, it says "transferring data from factory3.datafeedr.com". But even a wait of more than 15 minutes has not opened the factory screen on both machines.

I have a fast broadband and I can open all other sites very fast.

Hi,

This is mysterious...

If it's ok with you, we can login on their computer with TeamViewer and look what's going on from here.

If you don'tt have TeamViewer already, it can be downloaded for free on http://www.teamviewer.com/en/download/mac.aspx - you need the QuckSupport version, the second download. I need will need your ID (nine digits) and a password (4 digits) to connect.
