hidden subcategory products not appearing

Hi,

in my store (id 31091) I have created hidden subcategories to normal subcategories, that look like this:

Spodnie (main category)
    1) dlugie spodnie (normal subcategory)
        1a) best casual (hidden subcategory)
        1b) best for eveening (hidden subcategory)
        1c) best price (hidden subcategory)
        1d) free shipping (hidden subcategory)
    2) denim (normal subcategory)
        2a) best casual (hidden subcategory)
        2b) best for eveening (hidden subcategory)
        2c) best price (hidden subcategory)
        2d) free shipping (hidden subcategory)
    3) krotnie spodenki (normal subcategory)
        3a) best casual (hidden subcategory)
        3b) best for eveening (hidden subcategory)
        3c) best price (hidden subcategory)
        3d) free shipping (hidden subcategory)

The products from the hidden subcategories are visible in the main category view, but arent shown in the normal subcategory - could you please help me out with this?

I'm not sure I'm seeing what you see.

For example, here: Store Home » Spodnie » Spodnie długie

I see 8 products, which are the 8 products you have added to the Spodnie długie category. I don't see the 12 other products you've added to the sub-hidden categories.

Same for Store Home » Spodnie » Denim. I see 2 products, and not the 5 products you have added to the hidden sub-categories.

Am I missing something?

Yes you are correct - now I would like the products from the hidden subcategories to be visible in the normal subcategory as they are visible in the main category.
I have created the hidden subcategories so that in the normal subcategory the user would be able to see specially marked products (from the hidden subcategories).

Hi

Products in hidden categories cannot be viewed in a normal category view. They are 'hidden' from view. There's no way around that other than making the hidden category 'normal' categories.

Ok I understand.
So now I have changed the subcategories from hidden to normal, but the products from the changed subcategories(f.e. "najlepsze na wieczor") still don't appear in the parent subcategories (f.e. "spodnie długie"), do you know the reason of this?

Yes, because that category already has products in it. If your parent category does not have products in it, then you can configure the parent category to display products from its sub-categories.
