Selected merchants are no longer selected

Hi Eric,

Many of the merchants I had selected in V1 of the factory are no longer selected in V3... does this indicate a problem with the migration?

Can you be more specific?

Are you missing merchants that were available in V1 but are not available in V3?

If yes, can you tell me which merchants you're missing?

OR

Are your merchants available in both V1 and V3 but merchants were not selected on a per store basis in V3?

If yes, can you let us know an affected store ID and the merchants not selected?

OR

Are your merchants available in both V1 and V3 but merchants were not selected on the Factory > Your Merchants overview page?

I have merchants selected in my account in V1, which is no longer selected in the Factory Overview.

Once such is Sunglasses-shop in AW.

Just an FYI.. I have noticed the same issue.

There was a problem when we ran the import from V1 to V3 which caused some merchant lists not to get synced properly.

We've re-synced all accounts where users had not logged into V3.

For those who have already logged into the new Factory and edited your list, if you want your merchant list re-synced, just let me know. Re-syncing the merchant list will involve deleting any changes to your merchant list which you may have made while in V3. So, if you want to have your merchant list re-synced and you understand that recent changes will be lost, please let me know.
