Default search term you specified (be) is under the minimum word length

Hi,

I repeatedly receive this error message when searching for solutions to problems:

"The search term you specified (be) is under the minimum word length (3) and therefore will not be found. Please make this term longer. "

My search terms are always longer than 3 words. Most recent example:

Store data cannot be read

Usually if I keep trying I will eventually get a result. Any way around receiving this error so much?

Thanks.

Kelly

Hi

The word "be" is the word less than 3 characters long. You should remove the word "be" and trying to do a search for "Store data cannot read".

Ah. I get it. So, not the number of words, but the length of each word. Super. You just made my life less frustrating. Thanks, Eric.
