Why does my home page say Enter your zip code here and lead to this page link? http://www.rideonsurfshop.co.uk/5612/

Looks like one of your plugins is inserting this.

Hi

Whatever that is, it's not related to Datafeedr. It appears above where Datafeedr content is begins. If it's any clue, it appears where the title of your page would normally be appearing:

its strange because its duplicating the home page

is the same as http://www.rideonsurfshop.co.uk

Any ideas how i get this fixed?

I would dig through your theme files and look for that code. Or make sure another plugin is not inserting that link into your site.
