There's a conflict in your URL Settings. That's why the links are redirecting properly.

Basically, your category URL is causing a conflict. It can't be set at just %cp.

Changing it to store/category/%cp/ will fix the issue.

After you make a change to your URL Settings, you'll need to click the [Test] button to make sure there are no conflicts.
