Hello,

I'm using the Factory, and I've installed the Datafeedr plug-in and the store is all set up. The product links don't seem to work, they all take me to a 404 error page. I've tried re-updating the store a few times, clearing the cache and then updating the store, and even downloading the store SQL file and uploading it manually.

I'm not sure if I am approaching the problem in the right way, or if I've missed a step when I was setting up the store.

Any assistance you can provide is much appreciated.

Hi

The issue is you have too many conflicting URL structures. I would suggest going here The Factory > Your Store > Store menu > URL Settings and clicking the [Reset] button. Then save your changes.

After you do that, go here WordPress Admin Area > Tools > Datafeedr and click the [Update Products and Settings] button.

That should fix all of your URL problems.
