Datafeedr LOGIN Problems

Currently it's not possible to login into the Factory.

We're looking into the problem.

We will update this thread when the problem has been fixed.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Hi
Do you have an update on this? When we logged in today, it keeps sending us to the payments page even though we set that up a week ago. We presume it is linked to the login issue.
Cheers
Michelle

I can't seem to access the forum either (other than this section) It could be Paypal subscription related to the new year I'm guessing

We're still working on a solution.

Please do NOT rejoin as that will NOT help.

The problem is an internal Amember (the membership software we use) software problem. As the helpdesk of Amember is closed we're on our own to fix the problem.

Amember used to set the expiry date for any active subscription to a fixed future date in the year 2012. As you can guess this was yesterday (2012-12-31).

Result is that all active subscriptions turned into status EXPIRED in amember - NOT in PayPal. That's why you can't login at this moment.

As soon as there's a fix we update this thread.

We fixed the login issue. All should be fine again. No action is required on your end.

Should you still experience login problems please don't hesitate to let us know.

We'll send out refunds for those members who tried to solve the issue by rejoining.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Happy New Year!
