Datafeedr Direct plugin v. Datafeedr plugin via Premiumpress, wordpress theme

Hi

I'm running premiumpress responsive shopping cart theme on wordpress. I signed up for the Datafeedr $47pm package yesterday, only to be told that the direct plugin from Datafeedr is not compatible with premiumpress themes and I have to use their Datafeedr plugin version 4. I have now installed the premiumpress version of the Datafeedr into the wordpress dashboard.

I tried to enter the
Access ID: [BLANKED OUT]
API ID: [BLANKED OUT]
which I received yesterday, into the premiumpress formatted boxes and was locked out.

I then went into the Datafeedr website signup page via the premiumpress website and tried to login. Unfortunately the login page didn't recognise my details, thinking there may be a problem with my password I tried to reset it only to be told that Datafeedr doesn't recognise my email address either.

My email address is in Datafeedr somewhere as I entered it yesterday fred.hodson@hodson.co.uk and received the following acknowledgement email after signing up;

"Hello Fred,

Datafeedr offers 2 services:

http://www.datafeedr.com: our service that allows store/product integration into WordPress themes.

https://v4.datafeedr.com: our API service for developers/programmers or people who want to make use of one of the applications/themes created by those developers/programmers.

See this blog post to see which of our services is right for you: http://www.datafeedr.com/is-the-data...right-for-you/

Because you want to make use of a 3rd party application/theme (like premiumpress responsive shopping cart theme) that is using our API you only need a subscription for our API service.

Because joining www.datafeedr.com was not necessary, let me know if I can cancel and refund that subscription.

This is the support forum for www.datafeedr.com. If there are any issues with the API service you can post these here: https://v4.datafeedr.com/contact

PS. I've blanked out your API details because these are your own personal API access keys and should never be shared on public websites.

Hello Fred
I am confident that Stefan and Eric will sort the technical side for you. What I am writing to you about here is to do with the arrangement of your store, even though I am aware that you did not request for that - this is from one marketer to the another, right?

From the look of your store, I feel that your home page needs a bit more organisation. You should have some kind of menu/mega-menu on the homepage to direct your visitors to the specific product/section they are after. I know that you have done this in the internal pages, but you need to give your visitors some direction right from the home page. As your site stands right now, your visitors will act based on guess work to know how to find what they want. Take away the guesswork and give them direction.

Hope this may help somehow. Good luck
